The Canadian Alliance of Business Travel is committed to safeguarding all personally identifiable information we obtain about our members and visitors, whether internal or external. The only personally identifiable information the Canadian Alliance of Business Travel collects via electronic mail, or our web sites, including those web sites is that which is voluntarily provided by our customers and visitors. Tracking information is collected and analyzed so that we may improve our service offerings to our users. This tracking information is kept confidential to the Canadian Alliance of Business Travel. The Canadian Alliance of Business Travel will only share personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when one or more of the following conditions apply:
- We have your consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
- We find it necessary to protect and defend the legal rights or property of the Canadian Alliance of Business Travel
Cancellation Policy
All requests must be made in writing to NBTACanada. A full refund less a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received on or before 30 days from event start date. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received after that time. NO REFUNDS will be given withing 30 days of event start date. A $75 administration fee will be applied to ALL REFUNDS. There are no refunds for 'no shows'.
